Cynthia joined Lenihan Sotheby’s International Realty as a Realtor Associate in 2017. Cynthia is a dedicated professional by nature, and is known among her colleagues, clients, and friends for exceptional levels of energy, commitment to excellence and professional personalized service that is second to none.

A resident of Louisville for many years, Cynthia knows from personal experience its most desirable neighborhoods, and the distinct characteristics and features they offer prospective new residents. Through a vast network of personal and professional relationships, Cynthia offers clients the knowledge and insight that ensures client satisfaction when making a lifestyle decision in purchasing a home.

With an extensive background in international business, including working as an International Trade Specialist for the Governor of Ohio and Department of Economic and Community Development, Cynthia’s experience in organizing international trade events and trade missions to other countries helped her to develop the work ethic that makes her successful today. These travels and experiences in a diversity of cultures gave her a deep appreciation of the importance a home plays in unifying families. Guiding clients through real estate transactions naturally became her passion.

Within Kentucky, Cynthia applied her characteristic enthusiasm organizing signature events for the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association at some of the horse industry’s most prestigious farms and racing venues. Closer to home in Louisville, Cynthia may be best known for her organization, management and application of “high energy and passion” to make Gallopalooza the success it became.


Q: Favorite place to vacation?
A: Sorrento, Italy. Sorrento is a coastal town located an hour south of Naples on the Amalfi Coast.

Q: Favorite Museum?
A: The National Gallery of Art in Washington DC

Q: Favorite Artist?
A: Andre Pater. Andre is a Polish born, Lexington, Kentucky-based contemporary artist. His works of art center on images from the field and paddocks.

Q: Where is your favorite spot in Louisville and why?
A: Louisville’s river front. I love the unencumbered views of the river.

Q: What do you personally love most about living in Louisville?
A: From horse racing to Frederick Law Olmsted Parks, Parkways and Neighborhoods to the numerous restaurants.

Q: What is your favorite Louisville restaurant?
A: Volare

Q: Cards or Cats?
A: Cards- I live in Louisville.

Q: Favorite activity outside of work?
A: I’m always working! I love to help clients make their new house into their own home exchanging decorating ideas and helpful resources. And when I’m NOT working, I play golf.
